Who We Are

yeahHey there, my name is Charlotte Gardiner, but you can call me Char. I am a Newfoundlander born and raised (and I’ll be one ’til I die!) currently residing in YYT. I am a Social Work student at Memorial University and an avid photographer, entrepreneur, and volunteer. I enjoy hiking and yoga when I’m not curled up with a good book and a cup of tea. I daydream about traveling world and making a difference. I’ll try anything once.

“I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees.” -Henry David Thoreau

Hello! My name is Lindsey Ross, but you can call me Linds. I’m a wide-eyed, curly-haired, small town country girl from Nova Scotia. I’m a student, actor, writer, humanitarian, world traveller, yogi, beach enthusiast and lover of quotes, farm fresh food, and a stellar wine. You’re most likely to find me in the studio, with my family, in the great outdoors or hopping on a plane. I strive to find a little adventure in every day. Always work hard.

“There is no passion in playing small – in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.” –Nelson Mandela

Char & Linds met while attending York University in Toronto. They initially bonded over their East Coast roots and passion for adventure. The two instantly became great friends. Since the pursuit of their dreams led them in different directions, they have been reunited with the creation of twowildtides! Here’s to many more adventures.
