Sorry to remind you, but midterms and finals are right around the corner. (In fact, Christmas is only 9 weeks away!) Some of you may even be in the midst of midterms right now. So, linds and I felt that now would be a good time to post a round-up of all of our articles that highlight healthy study habits and techniques for coping with stress, in the hopes that we might help at least one of our readers.
