I was lucky enough to spend last weekend in the historic and quaint city of Savannah, Georgia. Savannah is known for its colonial architecture, its riverfront location, and its candy shops. Savannah is also known for being the most haunted city in the USA. My grandmother and I spent two days just wandering around and taking in all the sites we could, stopping into every boutique along the way, of course!
Keep scrolling for all the snaps I got on our Savannah adventure and tips about where to go and what to do.
Explore this: shopping on Broughton Street (be sure to check out Civvies vintage store!!), City Market (near Ellis Square), the Olde Pink House, a stroll through Colonial Park Cemetary, the District Cafe
Skip: ghost tours and spending hours on River Street— it’s really touristy, just check out a gift shop or two and be sure to grab some praline in one of the candy shops.
We hope you enjoyed this article! We truly loved Savannah. We would love to hear from you so leave us a comment or question or reach out to us on social media, @twowildtides!
