Angela Liddon’s new cookbook, Oh She Glows Every Day is literally everything! All the rave you’ve been hearing is 100% real. We picked up our copy at Costco but you can also pick it up at Chapters! There are recipes for everything from smoothies to snacks, to side dishes, to meals, and yes, desserts! We cannot get enough of these tasty and healthy recipes! All of Liddon’s recipes are plant-based and friendly for all of who have allergies. Many of the recipes can be adapted to be gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free etc. There’s something for everyone. Reset Button Green Smoothie – We absolutely love this smoothie! It’s delicious, refreshing and rejuvenating. It’s a great breakfast booster or post-party pick me up.
Every Day Glow + Lemon Tahini Dressing– This is the realization of all of our salad bowl dreams! It’s heavenly. Get your veggies fix. Plus you’ll have leftover Lemon Tahini Dressing to get you through the entire week. This makes an excellent lunch. Your co-workers will be mega jealous.
Mac and Peas + All Purpose Cheese Sauce – Vegan comfort food at its finest. The perfect snow day meal to keep you warm and satisfied. We like to top it with sriracha for a little kick!
